This week, all children in Ethiopia started school. This “all” includes approximately 200 of our students, who, with our help, have stopped wandering the streets without a future.

On Saturday, we held a grand New Year’s celebration, attended by our children, employees, students, and invited guests from partnering government institutions. On that day, the children received their school supplies. School supplies for the children who have just started school were funded as part of the project “Equal opportunities for children at risk of social exclusion through education and expanding professional activation activities for unemployed people, especially women” which will total $24,995.

For all the remaining children, school supplies were purchased by donors from the online fundraiser https://www.siepomaga.pl/wyprawki-szkolne-dla-dzieci-w-etiopii and other individual donors. We sincerely thank you for all your support!
