Every child is important, every child is respected. However, this is not standard in the homes our children come from. Mostly, no one really cares about children there. They are often not allowed to sit at the same table with adults. Sometimes they are not allowed to use chairs at all. They had to cope somehow, they had to be quiet and not disturb anyone. They never even dreamed of celebrating a birthday. In fact, they didn’t even know their birthdays.
