Even though Abera is not a little boy, he has never gone to school. He didn’t have enough food at home or anything interesting to do. He also didn’t have a good example – one of his older brothers went out on the street and hung out with bad people. No wonder he ended up like that himself. He didn’t want to listen to his parents. He had friends with whom he spent entire days wandering the streets with a bottle of gasoline, which he used to get high. Even though his family lives very close, he also used to sleep on the street. He started coming to our oratory, but not very regularly. He was often so intoxicated that he was unable to concentrate on classes. He was also not convinced that he wanted to change anything in his life. On the one hand, he knew that this was not a good way to live, but he was afraid of responsibility and losing his freedom. Who isn’t afraid of big life changes?

We had been planning to admit him to the center for some time. Finally succeeded. Abera is living in the center and learning how to live happily. We see that it is difficult for him. Support him with your prayers.
